 Yes! Our men’s apparel is available in sizes XS-4XL, and women’s apparel in sizes XXS-3XL. We also offer custom sizing ( made-to-measure) for all products.

 Yes, we can ship directly to recipients in different locations. Your design consultant will guide you through where it's possible and the incurring charges 

Can you ship internationally?

 Yes, we offer free international shipping, with shipping costs included in the product's per-unit price.

What is your return policy?

Customized items are non-returnable. For bulk orders, we recommend sampling to ensure satisfaction with quality and sizing. Individual custom bomber jackets can be returned for alterations under our custom order policy.

What are your payment terms?

 We require advance payment, with the option for installments. Full payment is due before shipping.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

 We have no MOQ. Whether you need a single unit or a bulk order, we’ve got you covered.

What is the average turnaround time?

 Custom orders typically ship in 12 weeks, with expedited options available based on order complexity.

Do I qualify for a discount?

 Your design consultant will ensure you receive the best pricing and available discounts, especially for bulk orders.

Can I see a sample of my jacket before confirming?

We don’t offer free samples for one-unit orders, but you’ll receive a visual mockup and photoshoot before dispatch. For bulk orders, a free sample may be available, guided by your design consultant.

What if I have additional questions?

Our design consultant is available via email and will respond within 24 hours. Call support is also available for order-related inquiries.

Do you add logos and branding?

Logos and branding can be added through embroidery, patches, labels, and other placement options, depending on your design and durability needs. We have produced for both small businesses and large organizations.
